iPhone Lawsuit

Well, the iPhone has made headlines yet again, this time Apple is being sued by one of my previously deemed “stupid” customers. She is seeking 1 MILLION dollars in damages over the price cut.

Her arguments are as follows:
1. The people who bought the iPhone early can’t sell it for the same profit anyone who buys one now can.
2. The model I bought has been discontinued, and I can’t hack it to sell it.
3. Some people got money back, and I didn’t.
Now, I have some counter arguments:
1. I bought my Xbox and now prices dropped, So I would have to take a loss to sell it, does that mean I can sue too?
2. My model Xbox is no longer made, an upgraded version of it will be released, does that mean I can sue?
3. Prices Drop, deal with it.
